Session bundles can be shared across teams within a school, giving the freedom to design support that fits the school's needs. Use your 10-session bundle to meet with two teams five times each, five teams twice, or dedicate all ten sessions to one team for sustained, in-depth growth.

Leadership Office Hour sessions are built for flexibility and focus, ideal for individual leaders or full leadership teams working to strengthen alignment across their school or district. Each session supports strategic reflection, planning, and problem-solving around the programs and practices that drive your vision for competency-based education.

The purpose of the sessions is not to build long-term capacity through a structured learning progression (which is what we offer through our coaching support). There’s no formal pre-work, or specific goal tracking. It is situational, responsive, and collaborative, with little to no assigned follow-up actions, only recommended next steps

So instead of coaching, which implies guided skill development over time, the Office Hours function as thought partnership sessions with time set aside for:

• Clarifying ideas and next steps,

• Getting feedback on current work (like scales, assessments, or leadership plans),

• Troubleshooting implementation challenges,

• Thinking through strategy in real time with someone who understands your context.

These sessions aren’t coaching. They are focused, professional conversations that help educators and leaders think strategically and act with clarity.
