Terms and Conditions of Paid Access to the Learning Hub

Platform: The Learning Hub hosted on Kajabi

1. Overview

By subscribing to the Learning Hub Full Access membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This subscription grants you access to premium educational resources designed to support your growth as an educator, including but not limited to:

  • On-demand video training

  • Strategy sheets and guided notes

  • Research folios

  • Live events and workshops

  • Exclusive podcasts and newsletter archives

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Your subscription is $10 per month, billed automatically to your payment method on file.

  • Your billing cycle begins on the date of purchase and recurs monthly unless cancelled.

  • By subscribing, you authorize Marzano Academies and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Kajabi account or by contacting us at [email protected].

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.

  • No partial refunds are offered for unused time.

4. Account Access

  • Your membership access is personal and non-transferable.

  • You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access content under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for account misuse.

5. Content Ownership

All content provided through the Learning Hub is the intellectual property of Marzano Academies and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to update or change the Learning Hub content, features, or pricing at any time. If changes materially affect your access or cost, we will notify you in advance.

7. Termination

Marzano Academies reserves the right to cancel your subscription or access for any violation of these terms or unlawful use of the platform or its content.

8. Disclaimer

All content is provided “as is.” While we strive to provide accurate, research-based resources, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding your results as an educator.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
